To integrate the Yarket's LMS and the Yarket Payments system into your website, follow these simple steps:

Create the Payment Button

After adding the Yarket snippet to your site, add a button on your website where you'd like users to access the payment modal. Use this format:

Yarket LMS is built for simplicity, offering a minimalistic and user-friendly experience with only the essential features for seamless learning. We've eliminated unnecessary buttons and functions, ensuring straightforward navigation on any device.

Simple, clean, and secure login page for users to access the LMS using the username and password they created during registration.

User interface

Upon logging in, students are taken straight to their first or current lesson, removing the hassle of navigating to find their courses. Progress is automatically saved, allowing them to resume exactly where they left off.

Learning paths

Structured learning paths guide learners by ensuring courses and content are completed in a specific sequence. Advanced algorithms track and validate progress, preventing skipping or random access to lessons. Each step must be completed in order, fostering a clear and organized path to mastery.

Certificates are also tied to these learning and completion paths. If additional modules are part of the program, the base course must first be completed. Rather than issuing a certificate prematurely, students are seamlessly transitioned to the next required module. Only after all required modules are completed is the final certificate awarded, reinforcing the integrity of the learning journey.

Certificates

The LMS leverages advanced algorithms to dynamically generate secure PDF certificates personalized with the student's details. Upon completion, students can conveniently download their certificate at any time using the top-right icon.

Administrators

This guide offers administrators a step-by-step process to efficiently manage the LMS. Easily view student records, handle enrollments and unenrollments, generate certificates, manage groups, and customize branding settings—all in one streamlined interface.

Students Management

Administrators have an intuitive view of students, displaying key details like name, company/group, course, expiration date, and progress.

With powerful search capabilities, you can filter by any criteria and export data as CSV or Excel for easy reporting. Clicking on a student opens their profile, revealing additional features such as personal and business information, individual course and module enrollment management, and other account actions, making student management seamless and efficient.

Administrators have the ability to manually create an unlimited number of student accounts. If email notifications are enabled, the LMS automatically sends login credentials and detailed instructions directly to the student's email, streamlining the onboarding process.

Once a student is created, administrators can enroll them in the base group and assign additional modules as needed, providing flexibility to tailor the learning experience. Certificates can also be issued manually, with the option to backdate the completion date if required, ensuring accurate records and accommodating specific certification needs.

Groups

Groups enable administrators to maintain full control over student registrations, monitor their source, and manage group-specific limits. For example, you can set a maximum number of students for a particular company and easily adjust that limit as needed, ensuring flexibility and precision in managing enrollments.

Administrators can create unlimited groups and share a unique registration link with the intended recipients. If email notifications are enabled, the LMS automatically sends a detailed email to the group leader and its members. Students register themselves through the group's unique URL, and the system automatically assigns them to the appropriate group (such as a company) and enrolls them in the designated course, including any additional modules added during group creation.

Once the group's allocated seats are filled, registration is automatically closed. However, administrators can effortlessly increase the number of seats if needed, ensuring a smooth and scalable group management experience.

Certifications

The LMS automatically generates completion certificates once students fulfill all learning paths and requirements, including knowledge tests and assignments. This guarantees that certifications are only issued when all criteria are successfully met.

Each certificate is personalized with the student's full name as registered during account creation, a unique identification number for verification purposes, and custom text and design based on the branding settings. Certificates are generated as protected PDFs to prevent unauthorized copying or manual alterations, maintaining their authenticity and integrity.

All certificates are print-ready, offering students a seamless experience upon course completion. Once issued, certificates are available for download at any time via the top menu after logging in. Students can easily re-download their certificates later if needed, subject to any access restrictions set by the administrator.

Admins also have the flexibility to manually generate certificates for any student in any course or module when needed, with the added option to backdate the completion date if required.

What happens to my courses if I decide to stop using the Yarket LMS?

Your courses are SCORM-compliant, making them fully compatible with any other LMS on the market. In the unlikely event you choose to switch platforms, your courses can be seamlessly transferred and will run instantly on the new LMS without any additional setup.

What happens after I move my courses out?

Once you've moved your courses, users, and data out of the Yarket LMS, access for both administrators and students will be disabled. However, if you decide to return in the future, your account will be ready to pick up right where you left off.

What's the commission on payments?

0% —Yarket LMS is an included add-on at no extra cost, and that means no commissions or cuts from your sales. All the money you make from selling your courses goes directly to your account.
