Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible courses purchased on Yarket can be refunded within 7 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in this policy.

  1. Our 7-day policy

    We issue refunds for all eligible courses purchased on Yarket within 7 days of the original purchase. We're unable to refund recurring subscription payments.

    We issue refunds only under the following conditions:

    • Product not delivered (if you are unable to log in, haven't received the log-in credentials, or haven't received the delivery email from us).
    • Access issues (if you experience problems while viewing the product).
    • Major defects. All our products are tested properly, but unexpected errors may occur.
    • We do not guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party software. We do not issue refunds if our products are incompatible with any third-party software, except for those that are specified on the page of each product.

    While our 7-day refund policy allows you to learn risk-free, we must also protect our content and instructors from fraud. We can issue a refund if there is a technical problem and we are unable to help resolve the matter or if there was a misrepresentation in the product description.

    There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

    • You change your mind about an item;
    • You bought an item by mistake;
    • You do not have sufficient expertise to use an item;
    • You ask for goodwill;
    • You can no longer access the item because its access time has expired;

    We recommend contacting Yarket for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or accessing our content.

  2. Additional reasons for denied refunds

    We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

    • A significant portion of the course has been consumed by a user before the refund was requested;
    • Multiple refunds have been requested by a user for the same course;
    • Excessive refunds have been requested by a student;
    • Users who have their account reported, banned, or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms or Service;
    • We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law;

    These refund restrictions will be enforced to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  3. Refunds for subscription plans

    Yarket's subscriptions plans do not offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, and no refunds or partial refunds are available unless otherwise required by applicable law (see below). You may cancel at any time during your free trial, however, without being charged.

    Depending on where you're located, you may be entitled to a refund. We determine your location based on the country associated with your account.

  4. Refund Exceptions Due to Applicable Law

    Yarket is unable to provide refunds for our subscription plans, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

    Depending on where you are located, you may be eligible for a subscription refund. We determine your location based on the country associated with your Yarket account. For example:

    • South Africa: Users with accounts in South Africa can receive a full refund within 7 days from the start of their subscription. Please note that you agree that this 7-day period begins on the first day of your free trial if you sign up for a free trial.
    • United Kingdom: Users with accounts in the United Kingdom can receive a full refund within 14 days from the start of their subscription. Please note that you agree that this 14-day period begins on the first day of your free trial if you sign up for a free trial.

    If you meet these qualifications and would like to receive a refund, you must submit a refund request to Yarket Support before your applicable refund period concludes.

  5. Refunds for bundles purchased through a third-party

    Since the payment for the bundle was processed by the third-party vendor, we do not have the transaction on file and cannot initiate a refund for you. Please contact the third-party vendor directly to request a refund.
